Is the device an exclusive physical machine? +
Yes, NOVAKVM provides 100% native and completely exclusive pure physical nodes (Bare Metal). We never use any virtualization layer (Hypervisor) to cut resources, which fundamentally eliminates performance loss and interference from "noisy neighbors", ensuring that you have the most extreme computing experience.
Are bandwidth and IP exclusive? +
All physical nodes delivered come standard withExclusive international backbone bandwidth(1Gbps or 10Gbps depending on the model), and each machine will be assigned a dedicatedIndependent public IPv4 address, without any hidden port restrictions or traffic blocking.
What data center regions are supported? +
We are currently deployed in the world’s top Tier-3 and above computer rooms. Supported areas include:Singapore (SIN),Japan (TYO),South Korea (SEL),Hong Kong, China (HKG)as well asUS East/West (IAD/SJC). The available regions displayed for different model groups will change based on real-time inventory status.
What is the "Multiple Macs in Parallel" service? (Thunderbolt 5) +
This is a compute-heavy value-added service for premium M4 nodes. If you purchase multiple physical nodes that support Thunderbolt 5 interfaces, our computer room staff will connect these devices in series/parallel at the hardware level for you through ultra-fast Thunderbolt physical cables. This will enable ultra-low-latency memory intercommunication, which is extremely suitable for building large local MLX AI inference clusters.

02_Connectivity_&_Operations

How to connect using VNC? +
Please first obtain your node's public IP and default VNC password in the console. For security reasons, it is recommended to first whitelist your current IP in the firewall panel of the console. After release, use Mac’s own “Screen Sharing” or any VNC Viewer client to enter the addressvnc://YOUR_IP_ADDRESS:5900to connect to the graphical desktop.
How to connect using SSH? +
After entering your SSH public key on the order or console settings page, the system will automatically inject it into the machine. Execute command using your private keyssh -i /path/to/your/key root@YOUR_IP_ADDRESS, you can obtain the highest administrator rights of the server and install Homebrew and other environments with complete freedom.
How to power on/off/restart? +
Please log in to your Console, after selecting the corresponding device in the Dashboard, click the `POWER ON`, `SHUTDOWN` or `REBOOT` button at the bottom. The underlying machine room MDM orchestration layer will perform operations for you directly from the hardware power level upon receiving instructions.
How do I view my device configuration? +
Log in to the console and select the device (Node ID) you want to view in the left sidebar. In the main panel on the right, the machine's chip model (Apple M4 / M4 Pro), number of computing cores, total unified memory, and current SSD volume size will be listed in detail.

How long does it take to activate after purchase? +
For entry-level nodes marked with spot reserves (such as M4.S), after successful payment, the underlying automated program takes over, pure OS flashing and IP allocationUsually only takes about 2~3 minutesReady for delivery. For scarce large deposits such as M4.M and M4.XL, we need a certain amount of time to be configured and activated by our specialists. At this time, the node status will be displayed as `PENDING (to be shipped)`, please wait patiently.
How to check the order status, expiration time and renewal record? +
Please log in to the console and click on the left navigation menu to switch to> Billingview. Here you can check the complete billing cycle, deduction record table, and the current shipping and renewal status of the order.
How to contact customer support? +
If you encounter device failure or network routing exception, please enter through the left menu of the console> Support Tickets, click `+ CREATE NEW TICKET` in the upper right corner to submit the work order system. Our data center engineers and technical support team will take over at any time to troubleshoot the issue for you.
